Picking Up Where I Left Off

You see, that's the funny thing aboutblogs.  They seem like such a great idea at the time.  It is so funto make them and customize them.  But then you actually have to writein it.  I haven't quite mastered that step yet...

But I am bored.  So here I go.

About two years ago, almost to the day, I posted about newbeginnings.  About the days in between.  It was such a liberatingpost, and I envisioned this blog as a means to chronicle my everyday life, hence -> The Days In Between.

Well unfortunately, there have been a lot of days in between thatI have not written about.  All I can say is - oh well.

But I will also say - I am starting again!  Yay!

Maybe this will be my new years resolution.  .....That is anextreme ~maybe~.

All I know is I felt like writing.  So here I write.

It is officially Christmas Day, so first things first - MerryChristmas!  I hope that your Christmas was merrier than mine...

I have the flu.  Sucks to be me.

Downside - I missed my family Christmas gathering because I did notwant to get anyone else sick.
Upside - I had the house to myself and I had a wonderful eveningof Netflix and Christmas goodies planned.

Then I broke Netflix, and had to resort to regular TV.

#firstworldproblems

There was one good thing about tonight.  I was able to"face-time in" to my family's Christmas gathering!  I got towatch my little cousin open her gifts, and I got to listen to the visiting andchitchat.  Technology really does have a way of bringing people together. So that was fun.

Hmmm.

I seem to have run out of things to say.  (I know, I know. Some people never thought that would happen! Har.  Har.)

Well.
I am never quite sure how to wrap this up.  I don't have acute saying or phrase to end these things yet.

But I do have a cute dog....

So here you go.

This is what I had to listen to ALL NIGHT.  She was very talkative.

I swear, she thinks she is a human.

Merry Christmas everyone!
Liz
